  The poster is true to the advertisement, and I gave it 5 starts. It is a perfectly shipped item and true to description. However, there's room for improvement. Customer communication is important, so when a customer emails, there needs to be an immediate response. Emails that are not responded to are a big no no and then sending out emails asking for a review when this has happened is risky. Since I work in customer service, I will provide constructive advice. Otherwise, a good transaction.

  Poster Ordered 8/2, Shipped 8/3, Delivered 8/9. You questioned on 8/9 the USPS Delivery Notice. 8/10 you Emailed me saying your Post Office screwed-up and had your poster. I left it at "No Blood, No Foul". On 9/25, 46 days after delivery, you put me "on Blast" for lack of communication with Neutral Feedback....TOTALLY UNDESERVED I think a retraction & apology is in order.

  Poster is in perfect condition. Packaged very well, sent quickly (but USPS messed up the delivery to Australia). Very happy with purchase. Joe at PDX Wall Art is an excellent eBay seller. Highly recommended.

  The seller was quick to answer my questions, and shipped the item right away. I received the item without damage due to the care in packaging. I appreciated the mailing insert with instructions on how to prepare the item for framing/hanging. And it was a nice surprise to have a certificate of authentication included.
