    I ordered a Lenovo T470 and was very pleased with my purchase experience. The laptop was well packed and arrived in the condition described in the advert, including the shade of blue shown in the pictures. Very good value for money.

    The real test of a seller is how any problem is dealt with. The original item ordered was faulty (would not boot up, gave a fault code). PCRenewed agreed to send a replacement and to provide a prepaid label for the return of the faulty item. Their advice, communication and customer support were all first-class: helpful response by phone and prompt, clear emails. The replacement laptop, when it arrived, was absolutely fine and decent value for money. PCRenewed proved to be a reliable seller

    Laptop was in really good condition and exactly as described Packaging was 10/10 could throw it off a building and it would be perfect. Shipping was fast and a great deal, not sure what else you could ask for!

    Very good experience. The seller was very helpful with adding a new battery for a very good price. Item was shipped quicker than expected. Very good packaging. So far the laptop has been exceptional. I am happy to recommend this seller.

    Ninth or tenth purchase from this supplier. Slight delays as seller was exceptionally busy apparently. The packaging was excellent, as usual, and the value is excellent. Will almost certainly buy again in the future.
