  Item was as described, pictures were accurate. Was a slight manufaturing issue with one of the fans i received and the seller sent a replacement right away. Very happy with my purchase. They were polite and customer-centric! The item itself have plastic blades, the once i replaced (originals once) were metal blades. So they are a tiny bit lighter. I feel the new fans makes less noise, but that might be placebo. Highly recommend this seller!

  Very pleased! Initially, I couldn't find the exact match for the replacement keyboard I needed. PCPartHub5 reached out and asked for more details. Within 24 hours, they had found the right part! It shipped quickly (arriving much sooner than the shipping estimate gave!), was packed very well, and was an exact OEM replacement. It works great and was priced very fairly. Very happy!

  I received a product that didn’t suit me at all—it didn’t match my expectations or the description. Now the delivery service is charging me $20 just to send it back, even though the item itself cost only $39, and I still won’t get a full refund. I lost money in this process. I wouldn’t recommend this seller based on my experience—be cautious to avoid unnecessary expenses and disappointment.
