  I appreciate the sellers quick responses, accurate item descriptions and most importantly quick shipping! I’ve bought items before that seemed to take “forever” to get moving but this was much faster than I was expecting.

  Drive was packaged new in unopened static bag as described. It has been running in production for a month post purchase with zero issues. Would buy from again as needed.

  The product GPR-53 Compatible Toner Set X4 KYCC for IR C3320. But I got only one black toner. The seller knew full well that I was supposed to get "Toner Set X4 KYCC" but sent only one anyway. When I complained, I was told that the money I paid could not cover the cost of more than 1 toner. When I expressed my disgust, the scammer insisted it was an error on his part and that I must pay to have the order returned to get a refund. The cost of the shipping = refund value. So it is a 100% loss.

We acknowledge the mistake in the product listing and have already reached out to explain the error. That said, the listed price $42.75 for "FOUR" GPR-53 Compatible Toners (Konica Minolta Bizhub IR C3320) was clearly incorrect. This pricing is unrealistic and does not align with market standards. It appears there was an attempt to exploit this error, which raises ethical concerns.
