  The packing was good; the shipping time was as expected. The description on the site was not what I was expecting. I was expecting 9.5 medium shoe and got 9.5 4E. The price was more than I wanted to pay but really was looking for a good walk/run shoe, so the price was reasonable. Wish they had been medium. This seller accepted returns, so the process was not difficult, but asking for pictures I thought was asking for more than necessary.

  Received notification that item shipped quickly! Arrived in a short time, which was a plus. Arrived in time before I go camping, and they feel broken in and ready for adventures! Loved the packaging, felt like I was opening a gift and the sleeve the boots arrived in was a nice touch. Shows you care about the items and customers. Very pleased with the price and appearance of the boots. Seller described well and delivered. A+

  The shipping was interesting. The shipper shipped the item out on time but once it entered Chicago, Illinois that’s where the shipping started going crazy. The packaging was okay & the item in the photos were as described. The value is definitely worth my money. Highly recommend the seller.
