  Clearly had a broken pully and seller did not disclose. This item is in non working order. Do not recommend buying from this seller.

  Thank you for the feedback. I did put that it could use new pulley wheels right in the description and there is a clear photo showing the condition of the pulley wheels. Sorry for the misunderstanding.
