  I bought this phone because it came with this matching cord. It didn’t come with the cord. This is false advertising, and it is a scam. The image also shows brighter keys they are faded and dirty looking. Send me the cord and I will move forward with this fail to do so, and I will demand a refund . The only option shown is to say that it was a positive experience. This is not a positive experience .
