It is solidly built, is easily upgradeable with standard aftermarket parts, is a great value and looks nice. Of course, there is still room for improvement. I need to install torque arms that I must purchase separately, and also to upgrade the chainring and cranks for better hill climbing performance - looking for a crankset with 36T chainring. Overall, it is a great bike and I would certainly recommend it.

I contacted seller, and they sent me a replacement quickly, on their dime, so I didn't have to ship the bike back. Bike exceeds expectations, and the seller was super helpful. Bike itself is unexpectedly light-weight, handles great, quick and nimble, and the battery lasts longer than every ebike battery I've owned in the past 10 years (5 so far). Price was great too! Thanks guys!

Box was beat up badly and had to be taped by Fed Ex and was delayed by them. Will update feedback when everything is resolved.
