  USPS had the item listed as "shipping label created, awaiting item" for the entirety of its delivery, which lead me to believe the shipper hadn't shipped the item. This was not the case. The item arrived, as described, well packaged, and was exactly what I had ordered. Apologies to the seller, as USPS, led me to get unnecessarily frustrated. Recommend the seller .

  Initially, I had a small concern about my order, But I contacted their customer service team via eBay message, and Joseph responded almost immediately, seemingly within minutes. This company goes above and beyond for their customers and I cannot recommend them more. The minor concern with my order was more than resolved and I am so thankful for this business.
