  The price was good value for money , only draw back is that I had to contact the seller when it was reported received not arrived. I sent two emails stating that I had checked outside bins etc and it was nowhere to be found; and the response was not nonchalant. I was going to escalate it to Paypal, and then found out that it had been delivered to the billing address. Would not use this seller again, as it shows, if there was a problem they would not be interested.

  Arrived promptly and well packaged. My only quibble is that this is not the item pictured - the listing has a picture of the original Siemens/Neff/Bosch dispenser unit but this is an aftermarket version. It works but the electrical connection for rinse aid dispenser is not present. Had I realised I was not buying the item pictured, I could have bought this alternative from other sellers on eBay for less. Pictures attached.

  In view of my positive buying experience, there is no hesitation, in recommending this eBay Seller. The dispatch and delivery were exceptionally prompt. The Multi-Pro FP580 2L37 Food Processor Base Seals arrived in good condition. Upon opening the packet, the appearance of the seals proved to be extremely good quality and value for money.   Brand new item fits the description. Well packed. Royal Mail mistakes messed up delivery, but the seller was very helpful in communicating through the situation. Good value. Excellent quality.
