  What was sent was high-quality in good condition at a great price packaged extremely well unfortunately I ordered the wrong part. They promptly sent me a return label and gave me a link to the correct part for replacement. Would highly recommend this seller and would purchase from again.

  Pictured part wad delivered as evidenced by the markings on the part and packaged very well. Shipping was straight forward and arrived at the quoted date. I am always a bit skeptical buying reclaimed electronics for ANYTHING, but for the price I paid, almost half than the next closest store not, including shipping, I decided the value and stated warranty was worth the risk. Installed the part the day i received it and it worked without having to update any OBDII settings.

  Item arrived as described, and fast shipping! I would prefer however, that the seller pack auto parts in a shipping box with packing materials, NOT just slap a shipping label and some tape on the product as-is and call it a day.

  The sway bar kit arrived well packaged. There was a rubber bushing that was missing. The contact of the seller they were quick to respond and remedy the situation in a timely matter. I would definitely buy from this eBay or again. Excellent communication and follow up.
