  My Mistake I ordered the wrong part. Received it and notified him immediately that I ordered the wrong part. It is unused in exact condition as I received it. Sorry for the trouble can I please return it. He denied my return request and would not even reply to me. Again I replied that i could not use this part. I ordered the wrong part and would he please allow me to return it. I apologized for his inconvenience and asked that i could wait for him to inspect it before crediting me but no reply.

  We purchased two drawers and one showed up destroyed. On top of that the seller was completely unresponsive to 4 messages sent over 4-5 days. After not hearing Anything, I started the process of getting eBay involved to resolve the issue. Either give our money back or send another drawer. Only then did the seller respond and return the money for the one that was destroyed. We got what we paid for, but it could’ve been so much better. We hope for the next drawer, things go better!
