  Wrong item sent initially, correct one sent immediately. Unfortunately this didn't solve the problem despite appearing to be the correct item. Seller sent returns label and postage to return. A friend will try to assist me with this. I stress, I can't fault this seller and would certainly recommend them.

  I highly recommend this vendor, very helpful when contacted. The product arrived very well packed and very quickly. It is in perfect condition, as new as can be done and will allow me to repare my laptop. I'm looking forward to hand it over to the company I work with to get this finally sorted. Thank you

  Seller was very good and explained that this was a new keyboard with stickers, something I hard failed to see in their description, refunded me the full amount with no problems, would recommend them.

  Prodotto arrivato scatola normale ma imballato fragile, all’interno la scheda madre presentava il sigillo già aperto, lì per lì o avuto dei dubbi anche perché sono fragili per l’ elettrostatico, difatti montata ma era morta Fatto richiesta di reso e il venditore mi ha chiesto di chiudere il reso poiché mi avrebbe spedito una nuova il giorno stesso, solo che ad oggi non ho ricevuto nulla e nemmeno una conferma o un codice di spedizione Niente di niente soldi buttati
