  The shipping took awhile, and the packaging adequate. At the time of ordering the Vera Bradley Backpack, it seemed like a good value. But after receiving the item and with closer inspection, it was missing a few details as described. Luckily, I was able to return it easily and overall everything went very smoothly.

  Love my backpack it’s super cute thank you so much to the seller and it came the day is says it was supposed to be delivered. The packaging was just a basic box packaged well. Can as described. And I think it’s worth the value.

  I purchased Vera Bradly bag for a friend. The packaging was good. The shipping can as noted in description. The description was very good and bag was exactly as described. It is a previously used bag in great condition. Price on this bag given its condition could have been much more but I am grateful for the good price. It is always nice when shopping to get a very nice gift for less.
