  This was an International Order mailed through Ebay Shipping Program - Used to protect myself and the seller alike - I can not control when and how Ebay will ship nor the the length which it may arrive - I can not control customs and costs attributed to tariffs and shipping fees - I shipped free to Ebay Shipping Program yet I'm charged the fees and was clearly posted in my listing

  You know what you can control? The choice YOU made to use E bay "Global Shipping program" It makes ZERO sense. Except for e bay to make money on shipping. But hay that's my opinion you do what you want. I never signed up for e bay global shipping program and my shipments make it to the buyers in 10 days or less for the most part.
