    Arrived in OK condition and as described. Packed & padded but no tape over top of coin tube opening cap. Unfortunately, the coins came out and were rattling inside packaging when received. Unfortunately, this caused several coins to be dinged and scratched. Wish the seller had taped top of cap to container.
