  The bulb was exactly as I ordered. We did have a bad experience with the USPS. It seems the bulb was "lost" for several days by the postal service, then just as I asked for a refund for the item not showing up, and received the refund in about 10 minutes after asking, the bulb showed up in my mailbox several days late. So now, I have to figure out how to get the seller paid...

  Foundation arrived fast. Outside tube and the foundation stick itself looked perfect. Regrettably, and unbeknownst to nice Seller, the inner plastic piece that holds the foundation stick inside the tube became disconnected. It is possible this happened during shipment somehow, though Seller packed the item well. Item is still usable, I just have to be careful how I hold it. They were very sorry for the issue and have integrity as they refunded the purchase in full. Thank you!!
