  The seller quickly provided pictures of each plate and the condition was just as described. I have never had a seller ship so quickly! Such a pleasant surprise! One plate broke in transit and the seller quickly issued a refund (I had provided a picture). The plates were packed perfectly so it was due to UPS mishandling. But the quick responses and resolution throughout the entire buying process are exemplary.

  Excellent experience! This was shipped the day after I ordered it, packaged in a box (whereas many sellers typically ship in plastic bags), so it arrived without any issues. It was exactly as described and a really good price so I would definitely purchase from them again.

They shipped it same day because I needed this garbage disposal unit.  I already installed the unit in and my sink is working properly.   I never did receive this one because there was a misunderstanding between myself and the vendor, and the vendor was kind enough to refund my money and great great person to work with. I would not hesitate to buy from this vendor again like it was my fault for the misunderstanding And they didn’t hesitate to work with me. I appreciate that thank you so much.
