  Item as described. Purchased as a gift but since it took 6 days to actually get to Australia Post after creating a label which then meant public holiday slowed delivery the item was received after it was required.

  Buying a expresso machine requires all the necessary maintenance items to keep machine in good working order. This item is a necessity. I cannot praise the seller highly enough for for the assistance given to me to accessorize my new found hobby and barista skills at fanastic prices. Not only did my parcel come as express delivery, it was well packaged for protection.Super aftersales service. Saved to my sellers list I plan revisit the store. Thanks to the seller,Panica Store.

  After ordering (express) I found they had been dispatched 4 days after. i have had some poor e bay experiences but this is the worst dispatch I have had. I have ordered the same items from another supplier that has promised me I will receive them in 1 day (yours will not be here until next week) I live in rural Tasmania and hence pay for express and expected them to be here 5 days ago. I have received no communication from you even after informing you I would leave negative feedback.

  The item is very good - but the picture implied I was getting 2 of them. Postage was slow (apparently not seller's fault). Communication from seller was good.
