  Fantastic seller. Had an issue where the book had a pressable tick near the top corner that wasn’t caught by me in the pictures. I didn’t notice until I received the book. It was not caught by the seller when listed and because of that it was not written in the description. Upon bringing this information to the seller they quickly worked it out with me and made it right. I will 100% purchase from this seller again without question. They have made a returning customer out of me.

  Great seller with excellent communication and customer service! There was a delay in my order due to a distributor issue, but the seller was upfront and offered generous substitutions, including variant covers and even a store credit. When the package arrived, it was better than expected — I received everything promised and then some! Really appreciated the quick replies and thoughtful resolution. Would definitely buy from again.   Prompt and quickly shipped. Booked shipped in sturdy box/board for comics which was appreciated. It came just as described, with no hidden imperfections. Would do business with again. They adjusted my shipment so that I was only paying once. Also they gave me the one deal of buy two, receive one free.... Still waiting on that freebie, but with their type of communication I'm hopeful. 👍🏼

  I haven't received an order from them yet (though I currently have a pre-order with them) but there was an issue with an order cancelation miscommunication; long story short they handled it incredibly! They reached out directly and ensured the situation was resolved without any headaches or heat burn, masterfully handled customer service.. Bravo! And thank you all again!!

  Didn't have the book I paid for & it took several messages to finally get a response. They apologized & refunded my money & also gave me a credit for my trouble. But again, it took many messages to get a reply They apologized & told me that they would send out the new books. Time went by, and nothing came. When I finally got a reply different people would answer differently, but eventually they got on the same page & books finally arrived. Sellers are slow, but honest & I would buy from again.
