I compainted this to the seller and he/she refund the money. I didn't mean to get refund and told her/him that I didn't want to get refund but just let the seller know. However seller told me he/she was happy to make refund. The goods are very nice in a box except for 4 pieces broken one. Recommend you purchase.

This item was forgotten when my order shipped, but they were really quick to send it and give me a tracking once i pointed out it was missing and wasnt on the packing slip. Mistakes happen, but this one was quickly handled so nothing to worry about. Everything in great condition, and well packaged. Great little business for jewelry making.

This chain is not 2mm, it is 1.5mm!They advertise with a false description and then send you whatever they want. I wouldn't have bought if it was 1.5mm because my jump rings wont fit. I claimed the misleading description (on which I made my purchase) and the seller simply gaslighted me that the measurement was an approximation. I paid $5 for a late shipping, total of $25 and the seller offered $9 refund. Seller robbed, disrespected costumer.
