  Package came perfectly shipped and no breakage. Only thing is on my part I wish I had inquired or read about the type of electrical plug, it is Type C European E14 bulp, I had to order adapter and bulbs. It would have helped with full disclosure about lamp being European produced when sending to USA. Otherwise Great Shipper. Timely and communicated well. Had item in stock as advertised.   Leider hatte ich etwas Pech am Anfang, Dank sehr schlechtem Umgang des Packetdiensts mit dem Packet kam die erste und die Ersatzlieferung beschädigt bei mir an 😢. Dank der unkomplizierten Kommunikation mit Palazzo 24 konnte eine Lösung gefunden werden und halte nun eine schönen intakte Pferdekopfbüste in meiner Hand.   The large cupboard we ordered is really beautiful and is of superb quality. On two occasions I contacted the Palazzo store for delivery updates and both times my enquiries were dealt with very promptly and professionally. On arrival of the item the courier was so polite and helpful and the cupboard was carefully packaged, ensuring pristine condition on delivery. I am very happy with this lovely cupboard and can definitely recommend the seller. Thank you.
