(sorry for delay was travelling) But there is no other seller on eBay I will go to for Latex fashion other than PALACE Civet Latex. No only are they very creative, but good prices and the BEST customer service, which is what matters the most to me. No-one is perfect, but when there was an issue to deal with, seller worked with me, eBay and the carrier to investigate. And in the end the seller refunded me. I will never shop anywhere else!

My order was unfortunately lost in shipping, but as soon as I reached out, the seller responded with professionalism and fairness. They handled the situation very well and made the return process clear and reasonable. Great customer service. Shipping took much longer than expected.

The seller wasn’t able to procure the color that was offered. Unfortunately, it took almost a month for them to determine that they couldn’t fulfill my order. They offered to send it in another color, but that wasn’t what I wanted or needed so I had to pass. They were proactive, they did notify me and ultimately they provided a full refund.
