  I wish I could give this seller 10 stars!! Every ebayer should handle issues and returns like this great seller! Accidentally sent the incorrect product upon contact/explanation of difficulty I would have with return, seller immediately sent out proper product (which I received within 3 days of contact) and arranged for incorrect product to be picked up and returned to them. All I had to do was place the package for pickup by USPS. I deeply appreciate the efforts of seller Thrilled! THNX SO MUCH

  I really like these cd cases and I buy them regularly from this seller. I am disappointed tho’ that my last message to them went unanswered. They ship fast which I appreciate but they do not pad the cases inside and there are always about 20-30 cases that are broken upon arrival. (I buy in lots of 200) the last two orders had a lot of broken cases. It would be helpful if they wrapped them in bubble wrap padding in the box. Also marking FRAGILE on the outside of the box would be helpful too.

  Item was well packed and shipped promptly after a slight delay by the seller (which was mentioned in the product description). Item is of good quality . Seller sent two instead of the one I ordered, I presume this was done to compensate me for the shipping delay.

  I bought four of the two-pack items. They were well protected in the packing, and arrived with no issues. And as I always do, I opened all the cases to ensure that none had any internal damage, and found them all to be perfectly fine. I definitely recommend them from this seller. If I need more, this is where I'll order them.
