  We provide very professional service. There was a time-away message added as notification. Hope you might have received it once you placed the order. Your order was placed during this time and we were busy with various exhibitions and expo at various countries. We had even informed you we will send the items once we were back. As you requested refund, we processed it immediately. Apologies for any inconveniences caused to you.

  Item arrived with damage. Seller said will send replacement but never did. Keeps stalling in messages with no action. I don’t recommend.

We are very professional and deal with customer in a good way to meet or exceed their expectation, but we are not here to serve over expectations. Even without verifying we offered replacement, you were not interested. You had asked to give a fake invoice to show Customs for the sake of not paying more customs duty in your country, we gave you. Ask your conscience and see what feels right.
