  The second time I have bought from Packwith and the second time I've been delighted with service. The product is of excellent quality- the price is fine and delivery excellent. Unfortunately Royal Mail failed to deliver the second order- this was replaced without fuss and with apologies. No need to apologise, Packwith- it was Royal Mail. You are very polite and take customer service to the best level. Highly recommended!!!

  Items where ordered on the 13th Nov arrived on the 15th Nov. These items were personalised before they could be sent out, so a very quick response from the seller and posted and delivered without any delays. I would say that it was a very good service and would order from them again.
