  Excellent +++! In all the years I have bought from eBay. Own_Your_Habitat is the most positive, efficient, and supportive seller I have ever bought from. Though the item arrived with a broken part, they suggested several options hoe to proceed. After searching and not being able to locate replacement parts, the decision was made to return the lights. As soon as I contacted the seller, they responded immediately wanting to make it right. As a result, we were able to come up with a solution that both of us agreed on. Own_Your_Habitat is definitely a seller I would buy from again.

  I was very satisfied by this seller. I'm sad to say that the faucet that I bought was soon found to be dysfunctional. I understood that I was not buying a new item, and that there were signs that it had been previously installed. The seller was apologetic and very clear on how I should proceed. The return and refund proceeded very smoothly and quickly. I took a chance and it didn't work out, but I'm good with this!
