  I read reviews before purchasing so I had already figured out that the seller probably resells Amazon returns. Like other buyers, I received my item in an Amazon box. Shipping was not fast, but seller did communicate that third party shipping provider was used after I placed the order. I did receive my boots at a cost that was 50% less than store pricing and they look like they were maybe tried on once so the value is there. Overall I’m satisfied and would purchase from this seller again.

  I received the dehumidifier with a few broken pieces (that I suspect occurred during shipping). I immediately contacted the seller, who promptly set up a return with free shipping. The seller then refunded the purchase price within a day or two of shipping the returned dehumidifier. I recommend this seller based on its excellent customer service alone.

  Great communication with the vendor. Items arrived sooner than expected. Unfortunately there was a packaging issue, but the seller was very cooperative and resolved the issue promptly. Issues are inevitable, with all online sellers, but how a seller handles those issues is extremely important. This seller recovered from an unexpected issue in a very prompt and customer friendly manner. I would be happy to buy from them again.
