  I placed an order for an item, but after not receiving any updates on shipping following an initial delay, I reached out to the seller. They offered me a refund for my purchase, but I noticed that the same product is now being sold at a higher price. I try to be understanding regarding purchases and any issues that may arise, but the lack of communication and poor customer service in this case has been frustrating.
