  The seller is great to work with. He shipped my items super fast. They were packaged well. I did have an issue with the shipper damaging an item but the seller was great to help me resolve the issue with the shipper. I cannot thank the seller enough for everything.

  The seller's communication was good. The purchase didn't go as well as I would have liked because there was a regrettable, but understandable, mistake in the listing. However, the seller worked to resolve this in a way that ultimately I think worked well for both he and myself. To that end, it is clear to me that he is reputable. I can't fault him for the mistake, and I think it speaks volumes that I would have no hesitation to purchase from him again.

  Shipping was a little slow, but not an issue. Packaging was very very good, but would’ve been excellent if the seller had merely placed the books in a plastic bag for further protection before placing in box. EXTREMELY HAPPY WITH THE ITEMS THEMSELVES. No complaint overall with the seller. First paragraph was really just suggestions.
