  Accidentally ordered the wrong scale. Company was able to cancel order while I ordered the correct size. Would recommend this company. Very professional and proficient. Since they were so good at correcting my mistake, I did not have to receive the item to ship back. They corrected it on the fly and I got the correct item on time! Great job!

  Only problem was some damage from shipping. The canvas tenting and support poles were bent down with force. Can't really blame seller as it looks like it happened in shipping. However, a bigger, more padded packing might have prevented this. Multiple items purchased and packed into a tight fitting box. Purchased from this seller before and I will again. Good products.
