  I could not be happier with this transaction. The seller in Japan responded to all of my questions super quickly and continued to communicate DHL Express shipping status updates until the item was delivered to me in the United States. The US import process went smoothly without delay and import duties / processing fees were very reasonable (about $50 on about $200 value). Item was exactly as described and well packaged so it arrived safely without damage. I highly recommend this seller. A++

  The quality of this new-in-box Dura Ace crankset was perfect. The condition when it arrived was flawless and the packaging was in excellent shape. For an item that was unavailable in the US, I feel that the value for price of this item was spot on. The appearance of the set was exactly as shown on the advertisement and beautiful in person. Communication during the transaction was exceptional as it was afterwards during the shipment from Japan. I would recommend and buy from this vendor again.

  The item came quickly from Japan. However, it was not the correct item that was shown on the listing. It did not fit the cranks that I had purchased from the same seller, even though they told me that it would. When comparing the photos on the listing to the item received, you could tell it was not the same. I reached out to the seller and they refunded my purchase. Overall, I would have liked to have gotten the item requested, but they did rectify the mistake.
