  Steve @ Maximum is a straight-up stand-up guy. He accidentally sent the wrong hat. He responded in less than 24 hrs. Offered to refund original purchase plus send the correct hat. I only requested the correct hat, not a refund. Only someone unethical would take the refund. The hat is really solid, not some cheap flimsy hat. Awesome hat for the price. If I could give Steve 10 stars I would for customer service and the price point as well as the quality of the product.

  Incredible!!! What a great price, and fir the quality, I'm speechless. This is a perfect head with no defects, every single tooth, and beautifully preserved skin.
