  Great service, despite Royal Mail opening and losing the first package they sent (it arrived in empty envelope with royal mails apologies for the mistake). This matter was very quickly resolved and the replacement package arrived the next day. A++

  I spent an afternoon trying to contact outboard engineers on the River Dart and beyond for this fitting following failure of the original on my outboard. None held stock, only one offered to order one in with their next delivery. I reverted to eBay and this supplier had delivered to my home address within 24 hours. Brilliant service compared with local competition who were all a waste of time…
