  I purchased an Expert Grill from Paul at this site because 1) they had the best delivery time, 2) they had the best price. Before my purchase, I had a few questions and they answered them through email almost immediately. Also, there was a problem with delivery, and again Paul got involved very quickly, and he didn't give up until the problem was resolved, keeping me informed the entire time. I will definitely buy from Our3Designs again.

  The product was in great condition, very good price, seller was very very responsive , somehow the tracking information was missing / did not work- possible amazon shipping info as they said there was no such number in their system, but all ends well .

  While the seller is fast with communication and resolved issues reasonably. My item was never shipped. When I contacted the seller they issued a refund after ignoring my request to ship the item. While they made listings of the same item but at a higher price on their page after my transaction. Seemed way out of their depth with trading card products and unable to accurately handle the demand from their listings. Good people who “flew to close to the sun” but did generously handle all situations

  Did not receive item. Listing was not a pre-order so not sure why they listed an item when they didn't have it. Ended up wasting a $50 off coupon for the order because although they refunded the order, the coupon expired while waiting. If they cancelled immediately, i could have reused it. But since they took a week before refunding me, it expired. They did communicate that the order was taking longer than expected, which i was okay with, but then they ended up cancelling anyway.

  I had an order that unfortunately got lost in the mail, but their customer service was absolutely amazing. They were so attentive and kind throughout the whole process, quickly helping me replace the entire set without any hassle. You can tell they genuinely care about their customers, and that level of service is rare these days. I cannot recommend them enough!!!
