    Shipping was wicked fast it arrived in the matter of a few days; right on time for my fishing trip, packaging was well done, box and reel was wrapped in bubble wrap. The reel as described on his post and I am more than happy to have such an awesome reel and customer service which makes the value well worth it. Look no further and buy his listing because he will take REAL care of you. He provides a personal letter to you and some tea, now that’s customer service at its finest.

    Another amazing transaction at a more than fair price. Reel was as described and was packaged very securely. Reel is in amazing condition and will provide great service for a long time. Shipping was unbelievably fast; ordered from Japan on the 23rd and arrived in Texas on the 26th. Go FEDEX! Absolutely better than all the others. I highly recommend Otaka-Bay-Shop-s, Yoshichis for their superior products and flawless, impeccable service.

    The fishing reel was as described and the condition was excellent. The shipping was immediate and I received my reel with 2 days! Packaging was all original, including the box, the manual and even the travel pouch. Great experience, I would by from Otaka-Bay-Shop-s again

    The reels were packed well and quickly shipped. All the reels I've bought from Otaka-Bay-Shop-s have been at least as nice as the photos make them look, and by far most have been nicer than described. A nice bit of green tea has come with some...it's not a big thing, but it's nice. These people give good customer service, prompt responses to communication etc. I have found nothing at all wrong in 5 transactions....A#1
