  Everything about this processes was really stressful due to fed-ex messing up my delivery date but one thing that wasnt stressful was the kind and communicative seller. I let her know what was going on, once i actually got the package it looked as described, packaging was good and great value. I am so excited to try this camera out. Thank you so much !

  I have worked in the express mail industry for several years and I have to say that I have never seen a product so well packed. The camera arrived within few days and exactly as described. There was a slight misunderstanding - I thought the lens aperture was stuck, which I wrote to the seller about. The seller sent me an instructional video showing exactly how to check the lens. And of course I turned out to be a fool. Camera looks great and everything is ok with it.
