  My takeaway is that these are honest, reliable, and responsible sellers. Only 1 of the 2 ordered cables came yesterday. I contacted the seller and got quick, polite responses. The second cable just showed up at lunchtime today. Don't know exactly what happened, but the bottom line is I have two quality 2.1 HDMI cables. And the price was significantly lower than Circuit City.

  Poor customer service , poor communication .... seems to be in it just for the money but doesn't stand behind the poor shipping packaging or damages (see pictures) ... offered a $4 refunbd on a $45 dollar purchase ... I would not deal with BUYER BE WARNED

  the seller was very professional! the Item never arrived this was due to someone in transit where the issue applied.. At this moment many things are in chaos and instability. THE SELLER WAS VERY PROFESSIONAL !! I shall order more items later on .. thank you
