  HORRIBLE customer service. I ordered this product for my business and when it came in the consistency was not right at all it was completely hard and not usable at all. Took me DAYS to get a response from seller and when they sent me a new product SAME EXACT THING . completely unusable. I requested a refund at this point because I did not pay money for unusable products that i NEED for my business. They have been ignoring my messages for days requesting a refund. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE
