  I would give this seller a 5 star rating if they had put forth effort to protect the item when packaged for shipping. It was merely put in a USPS bubble lined envelope and was in a figure "U" when delivered. Even though I was able to mostly straighten it out, it is now wavy, not flat. The item was actually shipped 5 days after the USPS tracking number was created. For this item, that was not actually an issue, but for other items, it could be.

  Struts finally arrived after being mishandled by USPS. Thank you, Megan, for informing me and placing a tracer on the original shipment, which was finally located and delivered two weeks later. After viewing your photos, it was easy to install. They work as advertised. I highly recommend them. I hope you were able to stop the second shipment.
