  It was not clear to me in the description that the seller was selling only one skein. When I contacted the seller they responded with an unpleasant attitude. The seller did refund me the purchase price I paid for shipping and she told me to keep the item. I guess this exchange was neutral because although the exchange of money and goods felt fair to me in the end I still had an unpleasant exchange as far as the seller s attitude was concerned

  Nastystasia did not read the description which clearly stated that the item was sold by the skein, not by the lot. Two different purchases were made by two different people, one bought 6 and another bought 7, which left 1 skein. I did not have to refund her the $$ but I did as a show of good faith. She also kept the skein. Communication was not as she stated, she is upset she did not get her way. I reported her to ebay with backup of communication and the listing.
