  Firstly, I won't lie the item was damaged and only partially working and not quite how it was advertised ......BUT..... the service , communication and outcome from the seller made the experience positive and someone who I would purchase from again Purley based on the fact of how he dealt with my complaint and product issues , once again thank you and hope to buy more items from.you in the near future

  The package with keyboard and mouse arrived with a USB dongle missing. The seller said they would send another but that they would need to order one. Two weeks later still no USB dongle. When it eventually arrived it did not work. I asked for a refund but then had to go through the whole Ebay process to gain that refund. I received my refund after an intervention by Ebay, because the seller had missed the date due for a refund! I do not recommend this seller.
