The item was very well packaged, the best for any item I have purchased on eBay. That being said, I attempted to contact the seller to ask about the delay in delivery and inadvertently filed a case with eBay. This was not my intention. Before I knew what was happening, eBay issued a refund to me. I am sending a check directly to the seller to pay for the item. My fault—-not the seller.
