  At first I received a small envelope of few LEDs instead of the Steam Generator. I sent a notice to the vendor and they responded promptly telling me that the correct item was already sent me via UPS. Item arrived earlier than I expected, well packaged and as described. May be there was a little confusion in the beginning but the vendor worked it painlessly out in no time. I can recommend vendor. Thank you.

  Chips ware kit ca3140 although labeled as ca3140ez after notifying seller about incorrect chip set and it functionality they did remove the product and no problems refunded me so thumbs up as a seller ,true is manufacturing companies do this in order to sell chips that don't sell nowadays.Not sellers fault and there would consider them as good and they ware willing to resolve the problem.more importantly it mattered to me that others don't get same item wrong & seller not to get many negatives
