  Had a small issue when it arrived, however this seller within minutes after I purchased late at night even, showed me pictures of packaging it up and it was getting sent out immediately.. I was impressed how quick they were on it shipping it out. When it arrived there was a small issue but they were also all over it and fixed the issue immediately. You should have great trust in purchasing from this retailer

  Order was an error on my part. Doesn’t fit, but it was my fault. They do not accept replacements. Seller was not at fault. Item arrived in good time. However, shipping would not have cost $6.55. Item arrived in a taped envelope. At most, it could have been shipped for a two ounce amount.

  Shipping 4oz with Tracking # cost Almost $5~ $6 ( depend address) before Ebay commission / advertisement fees. By Experience, shipping small item under 1 lb in small envelope by USPS is machine scan-able and it will speed up the time to delivery. ( that is a trick, sometime even faster than priority mail) and the rubber refill is packed with a plastic ring and plastic inner bag to protect small item and it won't be compress or damage inside the white envelop!!!
