  The item was exactly as shown and described. It was packaged exceptionally good with lots of styrofoam to protect it. It came very quickly as well. I had a few questions prior to purchase and they were answered promptly. I would definitely purchase from this seller again without question or hesitation.

  Unfortunately the item ended up being defective and wouldn’t operate the way it should. I sent it back packaged exactly like it was sent and the seller said it was damaged but looked like the carrier did it then deducted from my return. He then didn’t answer any requests from me and I had to open a case on him. Ebay resolved it for me. Because of his actions I wouldn’t buy from this seller again. What he did was really dishonest and I couldn’t trust buying again.

  Price of item was very good compared to similar items I found online. My only issue was length of time to receive the item. I never received the original order placed on 9/2 but seller was quick to respond to my message and sent a replacement. However, it was nearly 3 weeks between placing the original order and receiving the item.

  Items for my vehicle were received as described and their appearance in very good condition. Packaging was good. Shipping was pretty fast for the distance from the seller to me through USPS.   Seller was great to deal with. No hassles, delivered as promised. The tire shop pounded my old center caps on without lining them up, breaking tabs. This resulted in losing one and another left very loose. These center caps were in great shape and well packed. Perfect fit. The old Linc looks good again!
