  I ordered the adaptor as shown on their website. I was sent one with a totally different type of plug so it was not suitable. They did not have the adaptor they show on their website. I sent the wrong one back asking for a refund and am still waiting. . Ash , who appears to be in charge, was initially helpful but has since gone down in my estimation since he has not responded to my emails. The adaptor shown was a scam as he did not recognise the difference in the models and it is still shown on

  The Purchased Adaptor was sent to the customer, The model number of the adaptor purchased and sent was PNLV226E which is mentioned several times on my Listing, I asked the customer for the model number of the adaptor required & For the model of the intended telephone, However they refused to give me either, Customer obviously purchased the wrong one, Awaiting return, Full refund will be given on arrival.

  The charger is fine works as described. However delivery was not great, order places on 2 Jan confirmed with an immediate email saying delivery estimated 4 to 6 Jan. 4 Jan queried no despatch info, 6 Jan response saying despatched 4 Jan. Eventually delivered 9 Jan.
