  Went above and beyond to make sure the I received my item. Unfortunately USPS lost the original shipment; however, after contacting the seller about the issue they were able to reship the item. Great communication on the sellers side, thanks for the help!

  Shipping was a couple extra days but that was USPS... Never saw that the item was used in the advertisement but it was definitely there... The flashlight I received looks brand new it just didn't come in the original packaging...I've got it on charge right now and we shall see how it works...
