  Items ordered arrived in very good condition. The package arrived undamaged and was adequate for the items shipped. I was impressed with the appearance of the items and felt that they were good quality for the value paid. Items shown in the listing showed a 2023 date but I received 2024 dates. I'm good with that as these would be a more recent issue.

  The item pictured is the item I received and was packaged very well for shipment. (Double bubble wrapped) A+++++ However, the item is damaged and was not caused by shipping and was not listed in the description as being damaged. I'm new to ebay and can't help but feel a little bit deceived, but I am also not a fan of seller shaming so I won't!! Great buying experience super fast shipping.   The item arrived in good time, wrapped in thick bubble wrap, unfortunately the item was damaged due to plastic trays not being the right ones for the item, this seems to be an issue with Hallmarks QC though as I've had one direct from amazon which was not properly assembled too. I wrote to the seller and they responded very quickly and were understanding and apologetic and offered a very generous partial refund. A genuine ebayer and communication has been nothing short of amazing.
