  The quality of this item is excellent and was in perfect condition when I got it. The price was very competitive, and the original package had no damage. I ordered this item Wednesday and I got it the next day. I sent a question about the item to the seller and I had an answer back in just a few minutes.   I was very surprised at both the shipping and the quality. Great value. I have never bought a mower engine before. I ordered on Thursday at 10 am and it was at my house friday at 4pm. Just mowed my yard today. Shipped from Ohio to NC. Great seller answered all my questions. Highly recommend and they have my business.

  item arrived quickly but didn't match picture in the ad which is what I needed. Item received is a BS5021 but diaphragm in ad description is not the diaphragm in package, Item title should not say BS5021k, it should say BS5021. I gave a positive review for the quality of the item and the quick shipping but unfortunately, I cannot use it. Ebay is great about honoring their money back guarantee, saving me from paying return shipping, so I will also give positive kudos for their response.

  The B&S spark plug wrench was brand new in the wrapper and high quality as described. The wrench was very well packed in a large box so it could not be bent or crushed and shipped UPS. A good value since the wrench was shipped UPS. Thank you very much!
